Process
- After checking availability, either fill out the form below or email me directly. I will need your home address, your cell phone number and if you want linens or are bringing a dog.
- I will email you a copy of your contract to review. Once final, a $200 reservation payment through Venmo or PayPal will confirm your reservation.
- Once I receive the reservation funds, your week is reserved in anticipation of receiving the deposit and your signed contract.
- The contract must be signed and returned either by US Mail or email along with the deposit (50% of weekly rate) within two weeks. The deposit can be paid with a personal check or any other electronic transfer application (PayPal, Venmo, etc). If a credit card is used rather than the friend to friend process, the leases is responsible for the 3% convenience fee.
- I will send you a confirmation email with a reminder on when the final payment is required (30 days before rental week).
- After I receive the final payment, I will send you a rental package that includes the door code, Wi-Fi password, directions, a map, important local phone numbers and a list of things to do.
- You will have a great time on your beach vacation and leave the house in good shape. If the linen option was chosen, striping all the beds and starting a load of towels before you leave is always greatly appreciated.
- Within 30 days I will return your $200 security deposit.
